Surface preparation is crucial for any paint job. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, rust, or other contaminants before applying any Ultrimax coatings. For optimal results, abrasive blast or sand the surface to create a rough texture that will allow the coating to bond
effectively.

The amount of product you will need depends on the surface area being coated, the number of coats required, and the application method. As a general rule, we recommend a coverage of 10-12 m² per Litre per coat. You can contact our technical team for a more accurate calculation based on your specific project details.

As with any industrial coatings, it is important to use appropriate PPE such as gloves, goggles, and a respirator mask to protect yourself from fumes and overspray. Always consult the product’s safety data sheet (SDS) for detailed safety instructions.
