Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.

  • Make outbound calls to both existing customers and prospective customers.
  • Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service/internal sales role is essential.
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
